Article 1 - Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") are intended to define the rights and obligations of Saouadi Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and its customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") in the context of the sale of Thai-origin products offered by the Seller on its website https://saouadi.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
Article 2 - Definitions
The terms mentioned below have, in these GTC, the following meaning:
- Customer: any natural or legal person placing an order with the Seller.
- Order: act by which the Customer undertakes to purchase one or more products offered by the Seller.
- Product(s): movable goods of Thai origin offered for sale on the Site.
- Site: website https://saouadi.com/ operated by the Seller.
- Seller: Saouadi Company, with its registered office at 29/1 M.6 Baan Pongnoi T.Suthep A.Meaung Chiangmai 50200.
Article 3 - Scope
These GTC apply to all sales of Products concluded by the Seller via the Site, to customers around the world.
Article 4 - Acceptance of GTC
The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these GTC by ticking the box provided for this purpose when confirming his Order. Validation of the Order by the Customer constitutes unreserved acceptance of the GTC.
Article 5 - Availability of Products
The Products offered for sale on the Site are available as long as they are displayed on the Site and within the limits of available stocks. The Seller reserves the right to modify or remove Products from the Site at any time, without notice.
Article 6 - Prices
Product prices are indicated excluding taxes (HT) on the Site, in different currencies (euros, US dollars, etc.). The applicable exchange rate is the one in effect on the day the Order is validated by the Customer.
The Customer is informed that value added tax (VAT) and customs duties may be applied to the Product upon delivery, in accordance with the regulations in force in the country of destination. These taxes and duties are the responsibility of the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the prices of the Products at any time, without notice. However, the Products will be billed at the price in effect at the time the Order is validated by the Customer.
Article 7 - Payment Methods
Payment for Products is made by credit card or PayPal account, via the secure PayPal payment platform. The Customer guarantees that he has a valid means of payment and that he is authorized to use it.
Payment is debited from the Customer's account as soon as the Order is validated.
Article 8 - Delivery
The Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. The delivery time is 8 to 12 working days from the validation of the Order.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the Products within a reasonable time. In case of exceeding the delivery time by more than 3 working days, the Customer may terminate the contract and obtain a refund of the sums paid.
Article 9 - Right of Withdrawal
1. Withdrawal Period
The Customer has a period of 30 working days from the receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to give any reason.
2. Methods of Withdrawal
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller by email at the following address: aftersale@saouadi.com. He simply needs to mention his intention to withdraw and provide his Order number.
3. Return of the Product
The Customer must return the Product at his own expense to the Seller at the following address:

The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and accompanied by all its accessories.
4. Refund
The Seller will reimburse the Customer for the total amount of the Order, including the initial delivery costs (which were paid when the initial order was placed, return costs are not covered), within 14 days of notification of the Customer's withdrawal and receipt of the returned Product.
The Customer has the choice between a refund in the form of a credit note usable on the Site or a refund to the same payment method used when ordering.
5. Defective Product
If the Customer finds that one or more Products is defective, he must inform the Seller by email at the following address: aftersale@saouadi.com and attach photos as proof.
The Seller will examine the Customer's request and will propose an appropriate solution, which may include repairing the Product, replacing it or refunding it.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products personalized or made according to the Customer's specifications.
Conclusion
The Customer is invited to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before placing an Order on the Site. The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The version in effect on the day the Order is validated by the Customer is the one applicable to him.
